Sunterrace is one of those hidden jewels of the valley – an intimate enclave of 112 luxury single-family homes. It is a lovely gated neighborhood that is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods due to the gorgeous homes and the meticulous maintenance of the properties. The neighborhood is perfectly central to La Quinta, Palm Desert, and Rancho Mirage.
